It looks as if the old dude is offering candy to a little girl that's standing around in the icy streets of Amsterdam all by herself, and that's really nice of him, she must be cold and hungry, so hopefully he took her home and offered her some warmth and love in his shelter...or is there something wrong with strangers giving candy to little, lonely girls?!
